Cumhuriyet Daily’s Managing Editor Olcay Büyüktaş and reporter Alican Uludağ were acquitted in the lawsuit filed against them at Istanbul 32nd Assize Court due to “disclosing the identities of intelligence officers taking part in the fight against terrorism” through a news article on the train station massacre.
