Access was blocked to the social media accounts of numerous adult content creators as part of an “obscenity” investigation by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office. Under a decision by Istanbul 1st Criminal Judgeship of Peace, accounts belonging to people including Fidan Atalay, Alya Vural, Zeynep Çağış and Ebru Naz Arman were blocked. X made the accounts of Alya Vural, Zeynep Çağış and Ebru Naz Arman unavailable in Türkiye. Fidan Atalay’s Instagram account had not yet been made unavailable in Türkiye following the decision.
