Presidential Communications Director Burhanettin Duran announced on social media that access to 379 social media accounts had been blocked. Duran stated that the accounts in question were “linked to FETÖ and affiliated structures” and had been found to be engaged in terrorist propaganda and disinformation activities. It was reported that access restrictions and legal proceedings had been applied to the relevant accounts as a result of digital analyses conducted.
