Celal Özer and Furkan Eken, who were beaten and detained during house raids in the Bismil district of Diyarbakır, were transferred to the courthouse after undergoing procedures at the police station. The two individuals, who were brought before the court by the prosecutor’s office with a request for detention, were arrested on charges of “violating Law No. 2911 on Meetings and Demonstrations” and “resisting the police.”
