Emine Şenyaşar, who demanded justice for her two children, husband, who were killed by Justice and Development Party (AKP) Urfa Parliament Member İbrahim Halil Yıldız’s bodyguards and relatives, as well as for her arrested son, was sentenced to a judicial fine corresponding to 265 days in prison in the lawsuit filed against her with the allegation of “insulting a public official”. In the lawsuit filed, the mother Şenyaşar’s words “This Halil (referring to Deputy Halil Yıldız) is an interest maker, a thief, let them go after these thieves, let’s see how many people he killed,” was evaluated as a crime.
