Tarık Güneş, a lawyer and former Human Rights Association (IHD) Muş Branch Chairman, was arrested on charges of “terrorist organisation membership”. Rumet Agit Özer, one of the lawyers of the Muş Bar Association, who was detained together with Güneş within the scope of the file based on the reports prepared by the association and the statements made, was released on the condition of judicial measures.
