Author Selen Pınar Işık, known publicly as “Pucca” with the blogs and books she has written, stated that the police has visited her family home, asked about her and searched for evidence on ‘terrorist organization membership’ after her statement on Twitter. Işık wrote, “I am the servant of West,” referring to her son Batı [West]. The author further stated that the police has asked her family on the reasons why her son was named Batı. “Batı is the name of my son, my son! Let’s see what will happen due to the State of Emergency,” Işık said.
