Gendarmes intervened against villagers protesting the ZENKAR-1 GES project planned for pasture land in Arzoxli neighborhood, Sur district, Diyarbakır. During the intervention, pepper spray, plastic bullets, and pressurized water were used, 16 people were detained, and 4 people were injured.
