The investigation opened against “criminal organisation leader” convict Sedat Peker, who is also known for his support for the Justice and Development Party (AKP) and the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), due to his call for armament before the local elections on March 31st was concluded with non-prosecution. The prosecutor claimed that there is no crime element in the related speech of Peker within the investigation, conducted due to “public incitement towards crimes, hatred and hostility.”
