A lawsuit was filed against the People’s Democratic Congress (HDK) Ankara Provincial Co-Spokesperson Fatma Kılıçarslan, who shared visuals of the torture in Halfeti district of Urfa. No progress was made in the investigation opened against the torturer police officers; whereas Kılıçarslan is charged with “public incitement against resentment and hostility” due to her post in which she reacted against torture.
