An investigation was launched against artist Kadir Çat, who performed at the Newroz celebrations in Hakkari Çukurca, due to “terrorist organization propaganda”. The artist had also performed the song “Comrade Kemal Pir” in Aydın in 2023 and was acquitted in the lawsuit filed against him on the same charge.
