Two children, who were on trial with the allegation of insulting President Erdoğan on social media, were forgiven with conditions of apology and memorisation. One of the children was forgiven with the condition to memorise the entire Turkish national anthem and the other with the condition to memorise the poem ‘Yağmur’ [‘Rain’] by Nurullah Genç, with 34 verses.
