Eight people detained in Şanlıurfa for praising ISIS on social media were arrested on January 2. The suspects were accused of posting messages on social media praising the organization members who died after three police officers were killed and six ISIS members were killed in an ISIS operation in Yalova on December 29. After completing their procedures at the police station, the eight suspects were arrested by the court to which they were referred and sent to prison.
