In each of the four separate applications made on “unrightful arrest,” the Constitutional Court issued that the “personal security and freedom was violated,” issuing a total of 100 thousand TL compensation to be paid.
Three of the applicants, who have previously remained under arrest from 1 year to 3 years within the files they were on trial for, concluded with acquittal; whereas the prosecution of one file is ongoing.
