Austrian journalist Max Zirngast, who remained in prison for three months due to “illegal organisation membership,” was acquitted. In the second hearing of the lawsuit, Ankara 26th Assize Court decided that “there is no sufficient evidence for conviction” of Zirngast and three Social Freedom Party members on trial with him. The Austrian journalist was detained on September 11, 2018, arrested on September 21st and was released in the first hearing of the case with a travel ban against him.
