A new investigation has been launched against Emine Şenyaşar and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who have been on guard duty in the Urfa courthouse for months, after Emine Şenyaşar’s husband and two sons were murdered by the bodyguards and relatives of Justice and Development Party (AKP) Parliament Member İbrahim Halil Yıldız in 2018. During the justice watch that lasted for more than 330 days, mother Şenyaşar testified 13 times and son Ferit Şenyaşar 4 times.
