Access to the Instagram account of artist Haluk Levent, who was arrested as part of an investigation into the Ahbap Association, was blocked on the grounds of protecting national security and public order. The account, which had 3.7 million followers, had not yet been made unavailable in Turkey by Instagram. Levent’s X account, which had 9 million followers, had previously been blocked under Article 8/A of Law No. 5651 on 20 July and was made unavailable in Turkey by X on 22 July.
