Prof. Dr. Yaman Akdeniz spoke on the access ban against the news on Hacı Lokman Birlik, who was killed during the operations in Şırnak in 2015. “The Criminal Judicature of Peace does not execute the decree of violation, saying, ‘my decree is final, I won’t remove the ban.’ The Constitutional Court and the law are all in theory, censorship is final,” Akdeniz said.
