Following the release of 19 individuals in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality investigation, 11 people who were about to be released from Silivri Prison were re-arrested after the prosecutor’s office filed an appeal. It was reported that Çağatay Takaoğlu, Engin Gönül, and Arzu Can were among those re-arrested.
