Doruk Madencilik workers employed by Yıldızlar SSS Holding chained themselves outside the holding company’s headquarters in Ankara over unpaid wages, overtime pay and severance compensation. The workers said the promised payment had not been made and announced that they would continue their protest until the money was deposited into their accounts. Police intervened in the protest and detained workers and trade unionists.
