Four people were detained in an investigation targeting İZBETON and İZDOĞA AŞ, subsidiaries of the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality. The prosecutor’s office issued detention orders for five people on charges of “aggravated fraud” and “breach of trust.” Among those detained were former company executives.
