At its meeting on April 16, 2026, the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) imposed a 2% administrative fine on TV8 on the grounds that its content contained “age discrimination.” TLC, meanwhile, was fined 3% and ordered to suspend one program due to content containing violence.
