As part of an investigation into ALDAŞ, a company affiliated with the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, an arrest warrant was issued for Muhittin Böcek on April 7, 2026. Following his testimony via SEGBİS, the Antalya 3rd Criminal Court of First Instance ordered Böcek’s arrest on charges of “embezzlement” and related offenses.
