The Freedom of Expression Association published a report on the administrative fines imposed by the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) on digital broadcasting platforms. The report stated that numerous fines were imposed on Netflix, Disney+, BluTV, and similar digital platforms throughout 2025 on the grounds of content. The association emphasized that the fines pose serious problems in terms of freedom of expression and broadcasting principles.
