Sixteen people detained during police raids on homes in Van were transferred to the courthouse after undergoing procedures at the police station. Following statements to the prosecutor’s office, 16 people were brought before the on-duty Criminal Court of Peace, and five of them, including one child, were arrested and sent to prison. As part of the investigation, the court decided to release 11 people on judicial control. It was reported that the detention and judicial control decisions were made on various charges.
