The Radio and Television Supreme Council imposed an administrative fine of 5 percent and a program suspension for 5 times against Tele 1 channel due to the show, to which Sedef Kabaş attended as a guest. The council also fined FOX TV 3 percent for prime-time newscaster Selçuk Tepeli’s criticism of Erdoğan’s economic policies. The sum of the fines issued against the two channels totaled up to 6 million Turkish Liras.
