The Constitutional Court ruled that the conviction of Ceyhun Tunç’s on the charge of “unfair competition” for the phrase, “Dad, don’t send me to E., end your relationship with T., don’t support rapes,” which he shared on social media, was a “violation of freedom of expression.” The social media post was referring to the sponsorship agreement between Turkcell and Ensar Foundation.
