Serhat Albayrak, who is the brother of former minister and President Erdoğan’s son-in-law Berat Albayrak, filed a 100-thousand-TL compensation lawsuit against law expert Yaman Akdeniz from the Freedom of Expression Association. The lawsuit was filed due to Akdeniz announcing the access ban brought against the news article regarding the denial of the lawsuit filed by the Albayrak brothers against journalist Pelin Ünker due to her news on the Paradise Papers.
