Hakkari Governorate extended the protest and demonstration ban that was ongoing since 2016, once again. The ban will continue until April 15 and was based on “the protection of the indivisible integrity of the nation, the protection of national security and public order, a possible provocation and the prevention of potential social events.” Osmaniye Governorate announced that all events such as meetings, demonstrations and press statements are banned until April 13.
