Mardin Kızıltepe Mayor Nilüfer Elik Yılmaz, who was detained on December 12th after being replaced with a trustee, was arrested on December 15th at the court she was taken to.
The arrest of Yılmaz was based on her activities for the Democratic Society Congress (DTK) and five secret witness statements.
