The Instagram accounts of three Kurdish media organizations were blocked. After the accounts of Yeni Yaşam Newspaper, Ajansa Welat and Xwebûn were blocked, the media outlets reacted to the censorship and announced that they continued their posts from their new accounts. Instagram cited “activities related to dangerous people and organizations” as the reason for the blocking. Agency Welat, on the other hand, announced that they were banned from access for the second time by BTK.
