A call for “justice” was once again made for the seriously ill prisoner Enver Yanık.
Drawing attention to the health condition of Yanık, who suffers from hydrocephalus and is being held in Kırıklar F Type Prison No 1, they demanded his immediate release.
IHD Prison Commission and lawyers stated that Yanık has been imprisoned for about 20 months, his right to a fair trial has been violated and his health problems pose a life risk.
Yanık, who has been hospitalized for about a month and a half, has fallen several times, lost his ability to walk, vomited blood due to a blood clot in his lung and is being treated under intense infection.
IHD demanded Yanık’s immediate release, a review of his case and a trial in accordance with human rights.
