Turkish Criminal Law Association prepared a scientific report on the ongoing prosecutions related to the Peace Petition of the Academics for Peace. The report, prepared by Prof. Duygun Yarsuvat and Dr. Buket Soygüt, underlined that the petition must be evaluated within freedom of expression; further indicating that the Constitutional Court (AYM) precedent on Ayşe Çelik carries the quality of being a guide for such cases.
