Three people have been detained in connection with an investigation into the CHP-led Germencik Municipality in Aydın. The prosecutor’s office is investigating municipal employees on charges of “bid-rigging” and “abuse of office.” The municipality stated that the transactions were carried out in the public interest due to an urgent transportation need.
