Three children were detained in the Afşin district of Kahramanmaraş after being identified as having shared a video containing insults against Atatürk on social media. The children, identified through the work of the Provincial Gendarmerie Command’s Cybercrime Unit, were prosecuted under Law No. 5816 on Crimes Against Atatürk. The children, who were referred to the prosecutor’s office, were arrested by the court.
