The trial concerning the fugitive defendants in the October 10 Massacre, in which 103 people lost their lives at Ankara Train Station, continued on December 23 at the Ankara 4th Heavy Penal Court. The court decided to write to the Ministries of Justice and Foreign Affairs to determine the addresses of the fugitive defendants and postponed the hearing until June 30. Prior to the hearing, the October 10 Ankara Massacre Trial Lawyers’ Commission announced that the fight for justice would continue until all those responsible were brought to trial. Last week, the Gaziantep Regional Administrative Court overturned the decision not to grant permission to investigate Gaziantep Police Department personnel and opened the way for an investigation into the relevant police officials.
