On June 4, the Ankara 3rd Civil Court of First Instance dismissed the lawsuit filed by the CHP seeking the annulment of the Istanbul Provincial Congress held on October 8, 2023. The court issued its ruling because the plaintiffs withdrew their case. The court also rejected the CHP’s request to annul its 38th Ordinary Congress, citing the ongoing nature of another case on the same matter.
