An indictment was prepared against former Felicity Party Chairman Mustafa Kamalak due to “making terrorist organisation propaganda” and “praising the crime and the criminal.” The indictment prepared within the investigation that was started in 2017 claims that the crime was committed between the years 2014 and 2016 in Ankara. The indictment was prepared by Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office and claims for Kamalak to be sentenced with imprisonment for up to 9.5 years. The press meeting organised at the party building and other press statements also take place in the indictment as “crime elements.”
