Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office prepared a summary against independent Parliament member Ahmet Şık due to his statements during the protests at Boğaziçi University and claimed for his Parliamentary immunity to be taken off. The Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office claimed that Şık has called people to “go on the streets” during the protests at Boğaziçi University and that this was a “public incitement to commit a crime.”
