MİT and the Ankara Police Department Counterterrorism Branch carried out an operation as part of an investigation into FETÖ’s current structure. Prosecutors issued detention orders for eight people accused of hiding at addresses the organization called “gaybubet houses” and of providing financial support to those people. Police apprehended seven suspects and referred them to the courthouse. A criminal judgeship of peace arrested all seven, while efforts began to apprehend one fugitive suspect.
