The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office completed its investigation into İBB subsidiary Ağaç ve Peyzaj AŞ and prepared a supplementary indictment against 29 people, including Ekrem İmamoğlu, Fatih Keleş, former General Manager Ali Sukas and former Purchasing Manager Ümit Polat. Prosecutors alleged that competition was restricted in plant-material purchases between 2020 and 2024, that some contracts were awarded to preselected companies, and that money was demanded from companies that won tenders. The indictment requested that İmamoğlu and Keleş be held responsible for 12 acts. Prosecutors asked for the supplementary indictment to be joined with the main İBB case before Istanbul 33rd High Criminal Court.
