The garbage worker fired by Kağıthane Municipality due to “homosexual relationship” won the reemployment lawsuit. Kağıthane Municipality had fired three garbage vehicle drivers in April 2018 due to “inappropriate states regarding morality and goodwill” without layoff payments. Workers R.S. and A.A. have then filed a reemployment lawsuit. The lawsuit at Istanbul 34th Labour Court concluded with the acceptance of the reemployment of R.S. The other lawsuit is ongoing.
