The prosecutor’s office stated that due to seasonal overcrowding, a change of location had been made and that inmates and convicts in cell B-4 had been transferred to cell B-3. The statement noted that the transfer was carried out under the supervision of prison guards, that no intervention was made against the detainees and convicts, and that the allegations did not reflect the truth. The prosecutor’s office emphasized that the aforementioned practice had no connection to the “Return to Life Operation.”
