The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office completed a 578-page indictment within the scope of the “Aziz İhsan Aktaş” investigation and issued a summary of indictment against CHP Deputy Chairmen Burhanettin Bulut and Özgür Karabat. The prosecutor’s office alleged that Bulut was given 1 million dollars in Seyhan Municipality tenders and that Karabat received a bribe of 5 million liras in the name of “support for the election” before the 2024 local elections. Prosecutor’s Office sent the proceedings to Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office.
