62 suspects were detained in operations organized against FETÖ in Adana, Adıyaman, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Burdur, Bursa, Çanakkale, Diyarbakır, Edirne, Elazığ, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Hatay, İstanbul, İzmir, Kahramanmaraş, Kırıkkale, Konya, Kütahya, Manisa, Mersin, Muğla, Samsun, Siirt, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Tokat, Uşak and Van.
The suspects were found to be in contact with the people in charge of the organization via payphones and were found to be spreading FETÖ propaganda through their social media accounts.
Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya announced that 41 of the 62 suspects detained were arrested and judicial control provisions were applied for 4 suspects.
