The investigation into 27 individuals, including Zeki D., chairman of the board of directors of HAKMAR and TATBAK companies, on allegations of providing financial support to FETÖ has been completed. The indictment seeks prison sentences of up to 28 years and 3 months for 15 suspects on charges of “membership in an organization” and “financing terrorism.” For the other 12 individuals, prison sentences ranging from 7 years and 6 months to 15 years were requested. It was stated that Zeki D. covered the expenses of the “safe houses” where organization members were hiding, provided assistance to the families of prisoners, and had extensive contact records with the organization.
