During the signature campaign organized by the Communist Party of Turkey (TKP) in Kadıköy with the call for “Turkey Out of NATO, NATO Out of Turkey”, 17 people were detained in a police intervention on the grounds of a “missile model” displayed in protest against NATO. TKP condemned the detentions and said they will continue their anti-NATO activities and demanded the release of their friends.
