The Ministry of Family and Social Services filed a criminal complaint with the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office over social media content shared under the title “We will set an example for young trans children.” The ministry asked for the content to be examined under the relevant legislation, particularly for the offenses of “obscenity” and “inciting the public to hatred and hostility.” The ministry also said it would seek an access-blocking order for the posts.
