Meriç Demir Kahraman, the wife of urban planner Tayfun Kahraman, who has been in prison for 3.5 years in the Gezi Trial, reminded that the Constitutional Court ruled that his right to a fair trial was violated and said that they expect the decision to be implemented.
Meriç Demir Kahraman, who visited Tayfun Kahraman with her daughter Vera after the 174th meeting held in Silivri Prison, said on social media, “The last 3.5 years of our family have been spent on prison roads. The Constitutional Court ruled that our right to a fair trial was violated. Now we are waiting for the decision to be implemented and to return to our normal lives as a family as soon as possible.”
