Editor-in-chief Zafer Aknar, editor-in-chief Aslan Özdemir, graphic designer Cebrail Okçu and managing editor Ali Yavuz, who had been under arrest for 3 months in an investigation launched due to a cartoon published in Leman magazine, were released on judicial control conditions by a higher court. Cartoonist Doğan Pehlevan remains in detention. The first hearing of the case will be held on November 14 at Istanbul 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance.
